We are open for tours during our business hours Mon-Fri 8-4 and by appointment evenings and weekends.

A signed rental agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure a date. Payments can be made by cash, check or card.

An outdoor event may be moved to one of our indoor locations in case of bad weather. The decision to set up an indoor location is typically made 24-48 hours prior to the event.

Camping is included with our wedding reception packages for guests and wedding parties. All campsites have electric hookups and 24/7 access to nearby bathrooms and showers.

Fest Valley Events has a full liquor license, which allows us to take care of the beverages for you! Carry-ins are not permitted into the venue, however you may have them in your campsite.

We do not have restrictions on who caters your event. However, we do have a list of expectations for whoever is providing the food for your event that may help make your decision!

You can set up the day before your event, unless there is another event booked. In that case, you are able to drop your items off at the venue to be stored until the morning of your event.

Yes! We have spacious bridal suites that are equipped with bathrooms, showers, refrigerators, A/C and heat, hanging areas, and more amenities for your wedding party to get ready in. We also welcome hair and make up artists on site. 

The Event Center, Main Stage, restrooms, and bridal suites are all ADA accessible. We provide golf cart transportation to and from the ceremony site in The Woods to accommodate all guests. All venue spaces also offer door drop-off and nearby parking.

We love working with vendors who we know and trust will provide quality services based on our past experiences with them.

The Chippewa Falls/Lake Hallie area hotels are approximately 20-30 minutes away. There are also several hotels in Eau Claire, about a 30-40 minute drive from the venue.

Yes! If you are interested in hosting an event with us, please Contact our Events Manager for a customized package quote. Please include as many details about your event as possible so we are able to assess if we can accommodate your request.
