"I can't recommend Fest Valley Events enough. The staff were accommodating and responsive. We chose to get married in the woods and it was perfect. It was going to be cold that day and Beth had the stage set up as well in case the weather didn't cooperate. They helped keep desserts and appetizers stocked so our families could just enjoy their night. at the end of the night, they were so sweet and put all of our leftover decorations on the center tables to make clean-up a breeze the next day. Our family and friends thought the cabins were fantastic and we enjoyed being so close to everything for the weekend. I 100% wouldn't have changed a single thing. If you are looking for a unique venue with on-site sleeping arrangements and fantastic staff, you've found it at Fest Valley Events!"

"I can’t recommend this venue enough! We got married there on April 23rd, 2022 and it was the perfect day. We used the woods area for the ceremony and the event center for the reception. Everyone was raving about how beautiful it all was! We also had the pleasure of being the first people to stay in the new cabins. It was so nice to have the option of staying right at the venue the night before, and the night of our wedding! The cabins are beautiful and have more than everything you need! All of the staff was incredible as well! Beth was amazing to work with through the planning phase and handled everything flawlessly on the day of our wedding. If you are looking for a wedding venue this is it!"

"The Venue Coordinator, Morgan is so sweet and a pleasure to work with. The company I work for has partnered with FVE for events, and this team knows how to plan/execute events amazingly! The new reception venue is beautiful, as is the outdoor ceremony space. If you’re a music fan you can even get married on the Fest stage! Working with people that also run music festivals you know they’re going to nail every aspect of an event from staffing and set up to decor and coordination with vendors. I highly recommend working with Morgan and the Fest Valley Events team."

"Fest Valley Events was everything we could have ever dreamed of and WAY more! We got married in the event center, such a simple, pretty area. I loved that there was more than one option as far as where to have our ceremony/reception on site. The entire staff was so helpful from day 1 all the way until the day of our wedding, literally took care of everything, and made our day so perfect. The bridal suites were amazing, we had a good-sized bridal party so the large space was definitely needed. We had family come from out of town and we all rented campers- highly recommend because we not only got to celebrate our wedding day but we got to celebrate all weekend and spend extra time with friends and family! I seriously can not recommend Fest Valley Events enough and I truly believe there was no stress on our big day due to the amazing staff that was there to help throughout, I’ve never been to a wedding and seen anything like that. We had a large guest list and the bartenders were awesome. So much fun overall and wouldn’t recommend any venue other than Fest Valley Events."

“We got married on 10/23/21 and everything about our day was perfect! We took advantage of the on-site amenities such as the rehearsal dinner space, bridal suites, & camping which made for a relaxing weekend. It was so nice that tables, chairs, linens, & full bar were set up when we arrived, so we just had to add decor. Lastly, we got SO many compliments about the amazing FVE staff & bartenders going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We had over 300 guests, & there was never a line at the bar, which we were extremely impressed with! 10/10 recommend!”

We had a huge wedding with over 300 guests and let me tell you, the event staff was amazing! They work really well with all vendors and work towards making your day truly special! Morgan, the event coordinator, was always accommodating, whether it be answering my late-night questions or last-second meeting me on-site to allow me to take another peek at the venue the week before the wedding. We had the wedding on the stage and the dinner and dance in the new building. The new building is fantastic! The wedding party and guests were in awe being on the stage - looking out where the crowd sits & seeing what the entertainers see during concerts. Very cool to have the wedding on stage...so much room! Also allowing guests to camp for free was perfect. "Let me just start out by saying that this venue is AMAZING. When you book with them, not only are you getting the best bang for your buck, you also get an amazing experience you won't find anywhere else. Morgan, the Event Coordinator, was so professional, easy to talk to, and just simply made sure our day was stress-free. We were so impressed with the Fest Valley staff and all the help they provided to make sure our day was absolutely wonderful! We had our wedding on Halloween and the wooded ceremony space was absolutely perfect! We had our reception on the Main stage and had a ton of compliments afterwards about the staff and the venue! They also have a beautiful new event center they just built right next to the stage that you are able to use as your reception/ceremony area as well. Not only does FVE think about the bride/groom, but they also think about the guests as well! You get campsites that are close to the stage for guests to stay at. That was such a nice touch, and we definitely took advantage! We are so happy and proud that we picked this venue for our special day. I highly recommend this place!!"

"We had the time of our lives here. We stayed in the campground, we got married on stage and got dressed on site in the very rooms the stars use. The freedom we had to plan things exactly the way we wanted to, made all the difference. We held our rehearsal dinner there, the gift opening the next day, and most of my family/ guests stayed the weekend in the campground. The staff was amazing in the help they gave us, adding personal touches here and there to make our day feel even more special. The venue is huge! We had over 200 guests there, all seated, with extra space. I could not have planned our wedding in a more perfect venue! A month later, I'm still getting messages and comments from friends and family about what a wonderful setting and what a great time it was. 10/10 recommend this experience to any couples getting married! Fest offers roomy bridal rooms to get ready in. We had enough room for hair, makeup, refreshments and getting ready for pictures. The Woods are absolutely breathtaking. Romantic lights with a touch of modern decoration. Room enough for everyone to witness the best day of your life. Guests talked about it being so "magical". Its definitely one you have to see for yourself! The stage is the perfect place to host your reception. Celebrating your love for one another on the stage where so many artists have performed is an opportunity of a lifetime. Not to mention phenomenal photos overlooking the grounds! Weddings are expensive, but Fest was able to meet all our needs while being budget-friendly. When it is time for you to take your main stage, I highly recommend choosing Fest Valley Events."
