Cabins-
Fest Valley Events offers seventeen cabins for rent, located right outside of the Event Center reception venue space. This convenient guest option provides a private bedroom with a queen bed and a common area with a pullout sofa. Included amenities are a large bathroom and full shower, mini fridge and freezer, a coffee maker, and WiFi.

Camping-

Available at no charge to wedding parties and guests.
Booking
There is no formal booking process. Sites are first come, first served. There are approximately 20 campsites.
Set Up
Campers or tents may be set up anytime on the day of the event. Some wedding packages include two-night camping, in which case you may park the day before the event.
Hook Ups
There’s one 30-amp power hook-up at each site. There are no water/sewer hookups, but there is a water spicket located in the Event Center.
Amenities
24/7 bathrooms and showers available, located on the south end of the Event Center reception venue.
Please no bonfires
There is a propane fire pit located in the corn crib for guest use.
Location
The camping area is located south of the Event Center and Main Stage reception venues and may be accessed from the Main Gates only. Campsites are in the same area as the cabin rentals. See the above map for reference.
Directions from Cty Hwy S – Enter the Main Gates at the top of the hill, across from The Woods ceremony venue. Turn left on the first gravel road, called First Ave. Turn left into the fenced-in camping area. Signs will be posted.
Departure
We politely ask that you are out by noon the next day. Please place trash in provided dumpsters.
